What to expect in the cabins?

There is a two night minimum, and a three night minimum Memorial Day, July 4th week and Labor Day.

Check in is after 3:00pm. Check out is 11:00am.

Sunday check out is 1:00pm, and Sunday check in is 5:00pm.

Every cabin has AC! In the winter months, Moss Creek and Sleepy Hollow are heated primarily via wood stove and wood is provided.  Deer Ridge has an electric furnace, and Little Woods is heated only by oil heaters.  Please bring extra blankets if you run cold!

There are full sized kitchens in Moss Creek, Sleepy Hollow and Deer Ridge.  Little Woods has a kitchenette with two burners and a toaster oven. Standard coffee pots are furnished in each cabin.

Standard pots, pans, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, kitchen towels and dish ware are included.  We do ask that you wash the dishes you use during your stay, so feel free to bring paper plates to help you enjoy your vacation! 

Bed linens, bath towels and blankets are provided for you in the cabin.  The beds will be prepared for you upon arrival.

Each cabin has a charcoal grill and a firepit.  Firewood is available for purchase at the property.

There are some board games and DVDs for rainy days.

Wi-Fi available for a flat fee (not available in Little Woods).

Spiders and mud included at NO EXTRA COST!

• Clothes- closed toed shoes are recommended for our trails

• Food storage (aluminum foil, plastic bags)
• Food and drink
• Ice, Charcoal, lighter fluid, lighters (available at Cataract Lake Country Market)
• Beach towels for swimming
• Bug spray
• Blankets used for sitting outside, or for extra warmth in the winter months

• Phone calls from your boss (no cell signals)
• Picking up dog poop (except around the cabins)
• Visits from your mother in law (we’ll send her to a separate location if she wasn’t invited.  This service is offered at no cost)
